Olde Time Trolley Company Booking and Cancellation Policy:

 

All trolley tour bookings with Olde Time Trolley Company are subject to the following cancellation policy.

Customers are allowed to cancel their trolley tour booking, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

 

Cancellation Timeframe:

Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled tour departure time to be eligible for a refund.

Refund Eligibility:

1. If a cancellation is requested more than 1 hour before the scheduled tour departure time, the customer is eligible for a full refund of the tour fare.

2. No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 1 hour of the scheduled tour departure time based on the Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) timezone.

Cancellation Procedure:

1. To cancel a trolley tour booking, customers must contact Olde Time Trolley Company's customer service team at  250 600 2604 during business hours daily, which is from 8am to 5pm PDT or you could send an email to tours@ottco.ca.

2. Cancellation requests must include the customer's name, booking reference number, and the tour date and time.

No-shows:

If a customer fails to show up for the scheduled trolley tour without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.

Exceptions:

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or other factors that may lead to the cancellation of the trolley tour by Olde Time Trolley Company, customers will be offered the option to reschedule their tour or receive a full refund.

Modifications and Rescheduling:

Customers may be allowed to modify their tour date or time, subject to availability and within the cancellation timeframe mentioned above. Any changes to the booking must be requested through Olde Time Trolley Company's customer service at least, more than one hour before the scheduled departure time. 

Additional Information:

Olde Time Trolley Company reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of customers to review the cancellation policy before making a booking.
